Does the timing matter?

I have not managed rentals in quite a few years, and I do not own any RE at this time.

Although I believe I can see the path to my first rental easily, I'm having a hard time figuring out how I'd get to the next one. 

You only need base hits repeated over time in order to become wealthy.

I figure if I start out with a low maintenance property, I can lower the learning curve and decrease the stress of managing a business and rental property myself to allow me time to figure things out as I go along. 

The government does not assign anything at birth.It appears that if you give birth at a hospital, when filing out the birth certificate info, there is a box to check to apply for a SSN at the same time.

It was incredibly lucrative...but got competitive and they couldn't buy them online anymore because the prices got too high.

I’ve done this method once before, but this time I’m a bit torn on the best approach.

As a consumer, that certainly hasn't been my experience.
