Some properties are purpose-built for income restricted residents which could include everything from voucher tenants to folks paying the freight themselves but meeting specific household income limits. 

There’s a pretty good reia group that meets in Greenville at the embassy suites.

@Jerry Quintiliano The Federal Reserve is meeting next week, and most analysts predict a rate hike.

I will probably take a trip out there to meet with contractors and get ideas on repairs. 

I am looking to meet with folks in the Monterey, Santa Monica, and Santa Barbara areas.

For instance, I follow the 1% rule with my investments, and that's getting harder and harder to meet in Myrtle Beach.
