Have your marketing efforts produced results?

It made me wonder how the owner/buyer determine the value, using comps (residential) or based on the income the package of properties produces (commercial).

CLE is electric lately, it offers a unique investor position, you can define assets under $100k in suburban neighborhoods producing well over $1,000 month rent, I suppose it depends on your investment strategy.

I need help producing a contract.

Peter,Fair value for duplexes and good income producers are two separate things.  

RE has many facets to it that all produce nice returns or self employment income. 

She is one of the best producing agents around here.  

It's junk to me because it doesn't produce a decent return and everything is predicated on the herd mentality of " Real estate is back so let's go buy a property before we lose out!

The amount of shift has to do with the LEDs used to produce the white light. eg. the more red of yellow present, the more noticeable the shift in colour.
