I'm renting now because it was convenient but when my lease is up I want to look for something to buy.

Investing in turn-keys can be convenient but the operators can cut into your bottom line profits. 

My notes started out with $30 late fee and the darn borrowers just considered that cost of convenience of being late!!

The Bham airport certainly is convenient!

Champions local office is more convenient for me but that's not super important, all things being equal it might tip the scale.I just satisfied requirements for Texas RE license and will use it to facilitate my investing as well as traditional agent work. 

Really more of a time vs convenience issue.

However, we rarely need to use it because most of the time we can negotiate with our tenants to enter at a time that is mutually convenient.

My offer is always cash but sometimes although not often I write convenience checks off credit cards, take out unsecured loans with no closing costs, borrow from friends or other investors.

Or is that one of those "convenient" memories....eh, no one correct me :)
