By some metrics, pricing here actually went up 1-2% over the last month, but it’s hard to read the tea leaves and really compare stats accurately to pre-COVID times this soon IMO considering all the new variables like showings only recently being allowed again and the fact that we have about half the inventory/sales activity as normal).

Under personal name, can take advantage of cheaper personal Morgan tea (vice business loans), potentially personal investment insurance (I was able to to put three investment properties with my reg insurance company which is half price of getting another), and even ability to represent yourself.

this is why everbody  on bigger pockets should join their apt association.us in wisconsin local association  charges 99 per year .and half  that money go to 2 lobbyist at the state level.we in my area have only about 10% of the landlords.if we would all  join together ,we would have alot more power with the polititions.that is were the tenants kick are ***.having politition thinks by giving them something free ,he will get their vote

Despite never filing any claims, we just received notice that our liability coverages have been cut in half while at the same time, the premium for the reduced coverages is still 15%+ over what we paid last year based on the original higher coverages.Can anyone refer a contact for getting apartment insurance on a small apartment building located in Northern California?
