@Christian Nachtrieb without looking at your plans (mobile app won't allow) I'd have to say that in general a larger kitchen sells better than a larger bathroom.

I've also charged 15% on low value mobile homes or land, owners want me there each showing, want 48 hours notice to move dogs, priced higher than worth, back of park so no visability, they want to question every word of my description and choose what pictures go in what order.

I’m also starting to look at storage and Mobile home parks.

One of our resident owner mobile homes had their pipes freeze, and they want us to come fix it.
