I use to be a daytrader a few years ago and then I traded foreign exchange for a while.

I didn't do this myself because all my properties are in California and an LLC in this state (or registering a foreign one here) costs $800/year.

Your only issue is language and culture barriers - they're very foreigner shy and where the good deals are, almost no one speaks English - so you have to rely on turnkey operators like ourselves.Personally, the vast majority of our portfolio is Japanese, with euro and USA hedges - wouldn't have it any other way, but I'm biased. ;)

Will that mean, the Warbucks has to be registered in Maryland as a Foreign entity?

Hard to hedge against currency risk especially when you expect to receive income denominated in $USD.

In addition you might want to look at your foreign investors in the area. 

Subsequently having to divert resources to stage a title defense in a foreign territory could be quite a headache. 

The net migration stats are also skewed because there are a lot of foreigners moving to California (net Immigration)  The stats others mentioned are domestic migration (within the US) not accounting for the net immigration from foreign countries.

Fortunately filing deadline for foreign entities/persons is June NA Lewis that seems like a good idea but bearing in mind that a major company that deals with foreign tax filing could not navigate their way easily through my tax issue I would doubt that Elance CPAs would have the requisite experience or knowledge without also referring me to talk to a Tax attorney.Thanks for your suggestions though.
