Several of these firms are either already buying in the Nashville market, or are positioned to sometime within 2019 to 2020.

I already have a county on board, engineering firm hired with conceptual design completed and I've even identified the parcel.

@Peter Shafik thank you, its definitely something us agents have/need to learn. ive learned to be firm & confident over the years but sometimes even my top dog investors/brokers dont get responses, just frustrating lol!
