Rats make a place inhabitable, so it sounds like they are getting ready for a case against you-- you just gotta realize if you have all the evidence to show you did everything right, and if it's worth the extra legal fees/days fighting?

If they will throw themselves under the bus, obviously they will throw you under it to, and you might not even realize it's happening.Remember that beating up real estate agents, in total, is fighting over at most 6% of the transaction's value.

Utilities - $600 (gas, water, electric, sewer, cable, internet) Tenant doesn't need to pay anything or fight one another for utilities.

Good Morning all, As you may know I have been fighting this up hill battle in trying to turn my PR into a rental and then purchase another home for myself.
