@Peter Kozlowski a buyers agent doesn’t cost you anything, so why not take advantage of the expertise of a real estate agent who will walk your through the entire process?

If I pay the manager 10%, and am still paying for repairs, etc. as they arise, I'm not really in an advantageous financial position.  

My thought is to write your representatives about this if you agree with it.Ultimately this is an indication that the Feds do not have any qualms about changing the terms of any tax advantaged account.

Who else is taking advantage of this great rental market in Saskatchewan? 

I do think I was taken advantage of to an extent, but the amount of stress/anxiety I was feeling from the situation made me take the quickest and easiest action to get the situation behind me and for that I am happy I did it. 

However that is simply one material that has many advantages over engineered materials such as common fiberglass batt insulation.

My goal is to hold these long-term, and the idea of having a fixed rate in this environment seems advantageous.

The advantage is that it has less to do with your income and credit score, although you still need a solid credit score either way, but commercial loans focus on the property's potential rental income.

Tenants may take advantage causing stress to the owner / landlord.

My feeling is that management is taking advantage of her, as any other person would go “suit” happy.My question is, am I missing something?
