Use the BP Insight feature, rentometer, apartment.com to figure out rent rates and crunch crunch crunch like PAC-MAN on data. 

Also, boilers can be very expensive to replace when they do break down.I want central AC to be a standard feature in all of my rentals so I decided to install ducted central heat/AC in these two apartments.

There used to be a link to their crime mapping feature on their website, but no longer. 

The digital moderately priced ones (under $100) have a lockout feature, so no one can change the temperature other than you.

When I used to flip I would study the competition, add some slightly nicer features, stage, hire a professional photographer, and price 20% above where competing properties were selling. 

It is also featured in the Guinness World Record book, and it turns out there is quite a story behind it.

You must find recently sold similar multifamily homes within a one mile radius in the past 6 months with similar room counts, square footage; mechanical systems, parking,exterior features,.....
