It's been something I have thought about for many years but just never had a mentor to help with fear of the unknown I guess.

Now I am out of rent for not acting sooner.I have a slight fear for not acting.  

It has been scientifically proven that one of the most powerful forms of motivation is the "fear of loss."

The debt to income has to support the payment and the offer has to be right to overcome to sellers fear of a VA loan which are usually unfounded.The real questions come into what type of place you want to live in.

I would seek several sources to converge on a realistic rent #.And above all, try to get past the fear of missing out.

Mob creditors had "extralegal methods" of either getting their money paid back or putting the fear into other would-be defaulters (they made sure the press and police could find your body).

I looked at this community maybe a year ago when I first had this wild idea, then I promptly shelved the idea due to inaction, lack of momentum, fear.....

Yes I’m just going to keep reaching out and get on the other side of fear.

Sometimes out of fear that they'll bring in unwanted attention from those outside the community or simply that they'll lessen the aesthetic ambiance of the community itself.

This is my biggest fear, however--not hitting those would quickly shrink the cash flow.Thanks.Pete
