Okay now, my wonderful situation: We are planning to move out of state.

We are in the processing of purchasing our first investment and it got me looking into other opportunities for purchasing.

Now I have 4 or 5 other investors that hang their license with me, and we are all on the same page.

We are looking to buy and hold. 

This way all specific systems that could cost big $$$ are getting evaluated by the people who know them ( and the plus side is we are getting prices to fix items if needed).  

Anywho, we are based in Charles Co, MD and been to the meet ups and so far have been getting help from some amazing people in the field.
