I have followed and watched several bigpockets podcast and think it is time to make my dream a reality!

They are already living their dreams years ahead of the pay-out-of-pocket strategy for college. 

I have no real estate experience but its always been a dream, and I'm tired of waking up everyday wanting to do the same thing, and not doing it!!!!!!!

Sometimes it is above, sometimes it is below, but this approach is always a fair and honest representation rather than a number based on hopes and dreams.

I don't know anything about your property but it's hard to dream up a combination of things that would cause that to happen.So I'm guessing either someone misread the meter or someone is lying.
