I am soon to begin a new chapter in my life after serving in the Army for 5 years and would like to start investing in real estate to gain financial independence. I have just recently purchase a house in Cleveland and would like to purchase an income property in the surrounding area. I have followed and watched several bigpockets podcast and think it is time to make my dream a reality!
