Bird Dogging/wholesaling seems a bit slow to get into real estate but worth the time, just hard in the bronx, and i really dont understand it.

Then if you rent- lots of surprises and urgent needs crop up while you are getting your system down.

You shouldn't have to pay someone to be a bird dog even if it's training.

Send them out like dogs after the money owed.

For example, if you would like to house a dog on the property, you must have renters insurance. 

No active investor is going to pass up a bird dog looking for deals.

So im assuming the auction will be just like a regular foreclosure auction in which its the same thing as throwing a piece meat to rabid dogs, they will bid it up much higher than the amount of back taxes due.  

Not the best option if you have an urgent need for the cards, but I typically bought and accumulated cards for projects that had no specific time frame. 

I'm really just a dog in a human suit :-).  

First if you have a loving spouse that can support you then by all means jump into bird dogging for someone and explain to then that you have all this time and willing to do the leg work to bring them some deals.
