I think this description seems to vary because my impression of this was that the person would pull comps, perhaps look at and work with me on the numbers which my other agent doesn't do (I'm getting more confident on what I am producing in the numbers and growing in knowledge.), surely pulling comps and having a better idea of rents.Today I looked at property with the agent.
