Hello everyone,I am very excited to be apart of BP and hopeful to build deep-rooted professional relationships through this forum.

One day we just did, and 9 months later we are 15 units deep, and in the midst of a construction project!

It feels like a lose-lose situation.My husband and I went to look at a unit that on paper made complete sense, but when we walked the property, we could barely breathe because the man next door smoked like a chimney, and I think it came into the unit through the ventilation system. 

People who own million dollar homes don't sell them for a deep discount unless its headed for foreclosure which again is rare!

Also, you don't need to worry about an escrow check until he accepts the offer and given your prior description of him I wouldn't be holding my breath.

I invested in a deep down market about to start recovering (2012), but it was all worth it at the end. 

I work in asset management and have a deep knowledge of investments.

He was less enthusiastic and "salesmanish", but he knew deep details about my situation.

what took me a year and 50k in the 90s we put together as I stated in a few hours.. with Property Radar and the information at your finger tips is just incredible.. when we get stuck with title issues etc  at that point we send to customer service at our title company for deep digs into title. ( which is were the money is made) and if needed Lexus Nexus for skip trace..
