Blair, I am not a lawyer, but i believe you can either add her to the title or form a living trust with her as part of the trust, this way it goes to her and it does not go through probate. i would even make sure it is in your will that the house would go to her, or your daughter, if something happened to your wife.

Turned out, the wife was the daughter of a Circuit Court Judge, all ended just fine as daddy wasn't fully informed, but it goes to show that most everyone is related to someone no matter how poor or unsophisticated they may appear, you just may never know who you are really dealing with. :)
