I have since asked her to double check that comment of not being able to back out due to a poor inspection report but waiting to hear.Comments?

Times are very different right now and debt markets are changing daily so In addition to all the comments mentioned you will also need to meet the net worth requirement so y you will need to bring in a loan guarantor as well as raising the equity.

The inspection report was essentially blank, the inspector couldn't find much to comment on.My other old home isn't quite as updated, but still structurally sound.

@Ben McMahonExcerpts from your initial post and my reply comments - from the perspective of someone who has done rehabs for 20 years, has been a landlord for 30 and a licensed agent for 10:"For years now, we have all known that a good portion of the traditional real estate agents job is unnecessary."

Comments like, "screw your tenant, you can enter with 24 hours notice," are not what I'm looking for.
