He was not interested in purchasing it but was interested in telling me all the things that he thought were wrong with the property, including the color on the walls (just repainted) and the condition of the wood floors that had just been redone prior to placing it for rent.I'm a cranky old lady and I listened to this nonsense for a while for a while and finally asked him why he wanted me to call him.

You can get a fancy inspection mirror with a swivel head and telescoping handle at the hardware store or car parts store, or on the low dough show, use an old makeup compact with a piece of solid coper wire duct-taped to it.
