Curb appeal suggestions needed

We would like to improve the curb appeal of this house. What would you suggest? Should we paint the brick? If so, what color? What can be done to make the windows look better? Anything else? All comments and suggestions are welcome.

@Mike Kroupa, fortunately, or unfortunately those shingles appear to be fairly new in the picture.  Paint the brick white, and go with a black and white color scheme, so black garage, windows, doors and trim on white paint.  When I googled mansard roof, I found the image below as well, that looks fairly nice.
