I had to contact the police today because she was threatening my child with foul language saying "You're going to stop all that mot#$%@$@king running and you better shut the F#$% up" the boyfriend stopped her from aggressively coming to my unit after she banged on the ceiling he told her repeatedly that she was wrong and she keeps harassing me and my son who is 3 years old.

Tell her she can talk to a church or other organizations that help people in need.If she doesn't leave and doesn't pay rent, then start and eviction.
