Renting home to a church?
Hello. I am the owner of a SFH in Oakland. I lived there for a bit, got married and moved in with my wife.
I am community oriented and want to be able to help those in need to everyone's benefit. I just completed my first leasing term to a government funded housing provider and they are unable to renew due to inability to secure funding. I have been approached by a church who'd like to rent the property for a men's ministry. Does anyone have similar experience with this?
