It might be easiest to incorporate it into the rent adding a buffer in, so if normal rent is $1000 and water/sewer is $50, charge $1075 including water/sewer.

I worked in corporate America for 10 years after school, never earning more than 60k per year dealing with office politics, favoritism, and having bosses tell me I was never good enough.

Technically this wouldn't completely halt the planning if its true as we were looking to incorporate in Nevada, but, we are hoping if someone can give some insight on whether or not its absolutely essential to get that corporation started first, and if you could offer the pros and cons of holding your property under the corporation.
