and trying to gain as much info as possible.However, I interned once at a relocation company, SIRVA relocation, and every client we had was atleast somewhat motivated, who owned a home needed to have his/her home sold and needed to buy a new home in their new location OR they were looking for a place to rent....Wouldn't it be a good idea to contact either there relocation companies or probably a better person would be the real estate brokers who focus on servicing these clients?

I have a friend who is a RE agent and her husband is a mortgage broker so I do have some good ties although I am not sure HOW to leverage their time and know how without paying a 6% for the sales/buying portion or even IF the MLS is the way to go.

I have it set up to do similar things.I just tried that, but as soon as I try to click on "TOOLS then RULES & ALERTS", it tells me I am working offline and I need to connect to "Microsoft Exchange Server"...I used to connect to our server at the office.
