That’s why I posted here- to ask other people who do lots of inspections.JD said all cleared out, which is stricter than the first info given to me.The seller is encountering all of the problems that people encounter when they try to sell their house with a renter We haven’t gone under contract yet because there is no consensus on when inspections can be done.  

We offered people in this area a place to stay that is enjoyable for the whole family What was the outcome?

We are currently renting the house out by the room (furnished) and on average bringing in about $2,700/mo in revenue.

I appreciate good contracting but despise being delayed or ripped off by unscrupulous people.

People have to live somewhere.We host a ton of investor meet ups for ALL things real estate, short term rentals, long term, fix and flip, buy and hold.. you name it, we cover it! 

Very wealthy awesome people and they really like me......SOOO i explain the situation and they see my track record and BOOM I borrow 80k @ 10% APR interest only payments for 12 months with NO EARLY PAY OFF PENALTY (bless them) and i fix up the house and get a renter in there.

I had many people help me in my journey and I still ask for help :)
