Im assuming this makes it safer from porch pirates, but prevents it from being secure bike storage.The screen door is getting old and I’m thinking I’ll replace it with a full lite door with deadbolt and move the mailboxes outside, but I’d love to have it both ways secure, but accessible for packages.

If you need something to help pinch your nose while you pull the lever -- the whole field stinks, TBH -- clothes pins are super cheap at the dollar store...

The property is next to the Main Street and accessible to schools, stores and fire station.

Expect greater demand if you've got an ocean view, and even more if you can walk or bike to the beach.

You've got all the shops, bars and restaurants there, easy access back into downtown and super close to that grocery store.
