Here's what mine says:_______This agreement serves as consent from the Landlord to permit Tenant(s) to attach and use a clothes washer and/or dryer within the aforementioned rental unit under the following conditions:Any damage to the Premises caused by water originating from the washer and/or its connecting hoses will repaired by the Landlord at the undersigned Tenant(s) expense.Tenant agrees to regularly maintain and clean lint/debris from the dryer unit itself as well as attached ducting.

I live in a studio apartment me my husband and 2 babies one is 1 1/2 & the other is 1 month we have not renewed our lease but our property manager suggest that we take next door because it’s bigger & also more expensive but we are just fine where we are can they not renew our lease because of my kids ?

@Erik Whiting over the course of the decades working with clients another very easy way to determine the status of your renter is to look at their car.. if its a pig sti so is the house 90% of the time I work out of my car a lot so its probably a little more messy than some.. but you know what I mean.. you can just tell.. and I really like the ODOR thought process you can smell folks that are un tidy they have a certain odor to their cloths.. as one who has worked in the distressed space for so many years .. you just know it..

While my experience is only a sample size of one, what I've seen is a lot of upper age Baby Boomers getting fed up with Austin and moving to places like Bastrop or Elgin to buy fixer uppers that they spend their golden years fixing up.
