@Aurora MartinezI wasn’t aware that you could get a two years tourist visa.I was under the impression that for that length that would be a non immigrant visa that still gives you some work authorization.

In NH, evictions for non-payment generally depend on whether or not the paperwork was filed correctly, and a judge only has the authority to issue something called a discretionary stay; whereby the tenant can stay for a certain period of time but must make weekly rent payments.

You should be reviewing a Court Order stating you have authority to buy the property, and haven't violated the Automatic Stay, as well as receiving the protections you need, before you close on anything.Seems like a wonderful time to hire an attorney!
