Basically something where there aren't really any strings attached or marketing pitches so to speak.

If she is late a late fee is attached and a notice goes out telling her that rent is late.  

Is it just literally creating a list of items/things not allowed by me and attaching it to the lease and application?

@Ed MatsonIt would be nice if Crowdstreet gave a stat sheet of their own deal offerings performances such asSince inception Crowdstreet has offered 547 deal of which x have completed and y are pending.Performance then is broken down by each sponsor By number of deals done a% better or worse than the estimations givenI know they have a rating system for tenured sponsors, etc..But it would be nice to have some real stats attached.

With that being said, all my units have attached parking and their own driveway.
