How did you arrive at the value you did for the property?

Good Evening Everyone, As the Title States I just arrived in Utah yesterday, Moved here from California. 

I will be arriving in September.

I did find although that Lawyers were difficult and really difficult if any issues arrived in the unit with maintenance service issues. 

When the letter arrives at the property (her last known address), just keep it on file.
