Human kind has not solved this issue so an average landlord usually has no chance ( and it sounds like you have a lot of this type of conflict; in fact, that the same living arrangement is suddenly problematic signals a breakdown on the personal level)....

Part of their arrangement with the investors to whom they sell the note: they will secure and protect the underlying investment (the property), list it on the open market to obtain the highest possible cash price, etc.So once your friend gets the call, that property has already been fed into the machine.

I think we did three to eight houses a month grossing between $5-$10,000 per house, and I didn't make that money, Glenn the Owner did.The arrangement for payment for me was I would make $500 net cash every week, that's cash.
