I honestly think it's a great idea if you can find someone to buy the advertising.On a similar note, I wonder if a guy could sell advertising in flyers to tenants, etc.

become a Pro on BP and advertise them... cheap price of entry here one deal will more than pay for your subscription to BP.I sold 2 of my OREO on the pro section... well gave them away but that's another story !!
