Depending on how long you are staying, there are a few ways you can pinch some extra pennies from the extra space in your home.

I plan on spacing out the purchases that way I have alteast one to two years of expenses for each property.

My goal is to buy (2) 30-100 space parks with upside. 

I feel that access to capital will allow me to further my real estate investing racket.

Security deposit withholds are the most litigated matter in the landlord space. 

There are other ways to increase your rent payments by on-site amenities, it's accessibility on it's frontage/or primary road, it's location that is close to a good accessibility to many businesses, and the parking that they get or have to use.' or any other value-add item.
