As for great places in Austin to invest, San Marcos is a great spot as the university there continues to grow.

How much does the location of the Mobile Home University Bootcamp matter?

Both properties are located near Mercer university, one was a duplex and would make great student housing.

However, we do require they provide us with a letter from the admissions office at the university demonstrating they are enrolled and in good standing (the university would have verified their student visas).

The exemptions to the two year resident holding period for sec 121 which governs your primary residence are not universal or automatic.

Muncie has Ball State, which is either the third or fourth largest university in Indiana.

If you are interested in investing in Ogden I would recommend getting as close to Weber State University as possible.
