New in Austin TX
Hi BP Family. Want to introduce myself. I am new to real estate investing in the Austin market and learning a lot here. I plan to start out wholesaling and also look for fix and flip opportunities in the central Texas area, although I do not have fix and flip experience or funding yet. Eventually buy and hold and private lending would be desirable. Definitely looking to meet other investors and possibly partner on deals if the right situation arose. Am in south Austin and plan to focus more on the south side and San Marcos. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Welcome Brian. I am south too and hold a MeetUp (focusing on JV's / partnering on deals) on the south side. There are plenty of local REI MeetUps to attend and start building relationships with other active investors.
