So you would need me for example that has a crew of 25 guys, has done 1ks of reno/ repairs etc, to find  the deal, run the crews and you get the reward? 

I would say right around 50% of base/average rate it becomes not worth it to rent (risk v reward). 

Yeah, it's not just all how do we make $ off this situation, it's how can we help people, and how can we make that help make financial sense, to also be financially rewarding for us doing such.   

Each time we had a performance review, I won trips and rewards but they kept increasing my quota, without raising my compensation.

I think property ownership should be encouraged and rewarded even more.
