I was looking into the Reading and Scranton areas! 

Any useful resources that I can look into to get more information i.e. rental demand, appreciation etc.?

My primary interest lies in the Houston market, but I’m open to exploring other areas as well.So far, I’ve read The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner and am currently working through The Book on Managing Rental Properties.

This is also my first rental, so there are many unknowns at this point.

Highly recommend reading/learning for a bit, then just jump in.

This is alot of hard work, the hardest. 

I want to try to be able to BRRRR this as well. 

Listened to @Dave Meyer's great interview with @James Dainard this week and it's got me thinking about zoning.

We are OOS investors and it’s unheard of not to use a lawyer to review PAs, especially at this price point.

This requirement may be waived if there is a valid Resident Agent (point of contact) located within 25 miles of the Town of Baileys Harbor, in such a case, the owner/operator shall provide a copy of the Resident Agent contract to the Town and notify the Town within 30 days of termination of any such contract. b.
