that is a better game plan.if you want to go extreme, buy a small RV and get a gym membership to shower with and park your car on the lot of your rental haha.  

If I move, there will be obvious move and possibly storage costs, as well as the loss of time spent purging/packing/unpacking.

"B" area would be the same as above but maybe there's something that's clipping the value to your potential renter client such as the school district, access to interstate (some areas Main Street are always packed trying to enter highway on ramp) or limited activities (travel time to closest park is over 5 minutes).
