Small nail holes are no big deal, but bigger holes should be repaired and charged to the tenant assuming your lease allows for this.

:Not only would I fire his a** I would have my lawyer send a demand letter for them to compensate you for lost income for a year. lol This is a nonsensical.yup pounding in a nail with a 20 pound sledge hammer LOL.. it cracks me up what people even think a lawyer can or will do.if I got a letter from a lawyer over this I would read it and just throw it away..

Doesn't say anything about receipts. http://www.leg.state.fl.us/sta...While I do have receipts for several of the items, some of the deduction was for my personal time spent working at the property removing their trash, cleaning, touching up their nail holes, arranging for junk hauling, etc.
