I also would appreciate any advice for finding a home inspector to take a look at the property before I try to market the property.

I'm worried what if the inspector finds major problems that I don't want to tackle on a first flip.

The inspector said if there was more ventilation in the roof, the issue "should" be solved, because it appears the moist air is just hanging out in the attic.   

Will the inspector come up with repairs estimates so we can negotiate the final price?

I'm looking for a house inspector to look over the house were potentially going to buy.

But I'll get an inspector in there and see it all then.

if u are the occupant,  then u can pull permits and they are cheap. if u need the help of the inspectors,  then pull them.  

When the inspector comes out expect that they will find some smaller thing not to code and require you to correct it.  

An agent will not simply guide you through the process, they will have recommendations of title companies, inspectors, lenders, home warranty companies etc.

Just wondering if there are any opportunities to start a business that supports investors (ie. phone answering service strictly for investors, business that connects investors with on demand home inspectors/contractors for rehab estimates before purchasing, direct mail marketing, etc).I'm just one of those people who enjoy this topic and I am selling my current business.
