I used one of the many recommendations, and their customer service, and punctuality was impeccable.However now I need a foundation expert that could repair some of the issues that the structural engineer found.  

You just need to find experts in those areas and build your team with them.

I've been trying to learn the best way to track the next possible downturn and it sounds like from the experts it's going to be a huge devaluation of our currency instead of another subprime loan debacle.

However as we have discussed you're not here and having an expert come in tell you exactly how much it will be to bring it ip to code is just not feasible.

I am a licensed realtor in Maryland and Washington, DC with specialties in residential sales and focused on becoming a market expert for Baltimore City, Prince George's County, and Washington, DC investments.  

@Christopher WinklerI am no expert in this area as my focus is on 1st liens, however, my understanding is that the lien portion of secured junior debt can be stripped in a BK case, rendering the debt as unsecured.

I'm not an expert, so I usually have someone come out and help with that part during walk through.
