@Douglas Larson  I was introduced to the model by their national sales director I remember him being in my office in Oregon and explaining the model.It was my humble opinion  that this was not sustainable.

There will be deals where you won't need a Realtor, then move on your own if you know what needs to be accomplished to get to the closing table.Interview closing companies and title folks, walk in and meet them, introduce yourself, see how things click, ask a few questions but folks should realize they have work to do, so don't start out being a pest or trying to get a free education.
