Hi, does anyone has recommendations for realtors in Dallas who specializes in small multi-family around 15-30 units? 

I'd be interested in meeting up and talking as I'm a local investor and realtor in Dallas.

My husband and I are looking for a good handyman in Dallas.

That in less than 12 months from today, I will invest in one property, in the US (I am looking at Fort Worth, Dallas, Texas or North Carolina, as Los Angeles where I live is far too unreachable at the moment) that will generate at least a few hundred in cash for me past the mortgage, debt service, expenses, etc.

Compared to the Dallas – Fort Worth Texas where housing is more affordable the 70-78% should serve you well.

I'm currently focused on the Kansas Market (though also looking in Dallas/Houston) and have a contract out on a SFR via a turnkey.  

A broker has told me he has an off-market 40K sf center on a busy, hard-corner that  is 76% leased with nice upside in Northern Dallas suburb.  

One in Memphis and one in Dallas.
