With having said that I do have a DECENT paying job - not bad, not good either (as in most Americans case) - but it does bring money in to cover the bills and save a couple bucks at the end of each month.

I would take that as a big red flag unless, like Michael said, there are quick gains to be made.

None of those are true and none of those were flagged on postlets...well I remember explicitly checked NO POOL and NO INTERCOM and postlets didn't have an option for doorman.
