Books and podcasts are a great way to get a general idea, but I've found that they still won't make you feel 100% confident because renovation costs vary based on the market you are in.

@Caleb BrownI don't work anywhere near acquisitions, but I've heard now is a good time to build relationships with brokers and from what you're saying it seems like brokers might be needing some help keeping confidence in the market's long term health. 

Money is so tight for them that buying more sparring gear, paying for testings, traveling to tournaments, etc. takes all their money.Eventually they come to the instructor and say they no longer can afford the school.

I am thinking RV travel will become more popular as people will not want to fly.

We've done some research and really think Mexico will be the place due to travel time and costs.

I'm in West Seattle specifically put am in my early 20's and still open to traveling the US.

No eating out, no travel, no gas and other expenses are reduced.

I have been traveling to and studying the neighborhoods the past couple of years,and have a good idea of what's available now. 

Not too terribly confident about 2021 sailing though.

@Mike McCarthy @Rich Bultema I appreciate the tips fellas, I am feeling more confident about tackling this project and I found a few youtube videos on removing this type of construction.
