Seeking Experienced Fort Lauderdale FL Small Multi family Realtor

Rich Anthony
Posted

Hello BP!....Im looking to purchase a 2-4 unit multi family in Lauderdale Florida or surrounding Area. I have been traveling to and studying the neighborhoods the past couple of years, and have a good idea of what's available now. I currently have three four units in NW Indiana.I live and work in Chicago about a ninety minutes away. I am in need of a realtor, lender and property manager who is familiar with these areas and has experience small multi family properties,or someone who has a multi family to sell. My price range is from $300k-$450k. In a couple of year this will be a property one I will occupy and run as a short term or annual rental. So far I have had no luck with the networking  tool.

Thanks!

Rich
