Shea Spinelli how are you handling the rehab process and tenant transition for tenants you are trying to keep?

Tony,I sell my SFH for several reasons:1) Transitioning from SFH to large apartment buildings2) This is a great time to sell :)3) Once you have a lot of equity accumulated your return on investment may be still good $$ wise, but not so great anymore % wise.

@Daniel Ortiz I started as a part-time agent and eventually transitioned away from my W2 job to focus on this full-time.

I want to be sure to do everything I can to set it up to be a good transition.

To do this, requires mutual agreement to do so, or giving them proper legal notice to terminate the current rental agreement and then transition them to yours.

Hey @Christopher Phillips, both tenants are on month to month leases which is what I am transitioning all of my rentals to.  

I'll be happy to help with the transition in anyway that I can.       

We are now at the point where, she is asking that I start transitioning to full time investor because we don't really need my income although we certainly can use it. 

I am currently a marketing director and am looking to transition into REI in a full-time capacity in 5 years.
