I still did fantastically well on appreciation, so don't shed a tear for me ... sometimes better to be lucky than good, but best to be both :) I'm going to sit tight a bit and see what happens with the market, but may eventually put the funds to work locally as a hard money lender so I can stay hands off as my Roth IRA LLC requires for those funds but still keep a close eye on it.
